Profile
Dan is a seasoned litigator with decades of experience, serving clients in large and small matters through all aspects of legal disputes. Dan primarily represents consumers in class actions and persons who have been personally injured, including tenants harmed by mold in water-damaged buildings. Dan practices and lectures extensively in the field of Information Law, serving as discovery counsel in class actions teaching Civil Discovery at Lewis & Clark Law School.
Outside the office, Dan actively volunteers with multiple churches, and he is an avid Scouter with his local Boy Scout troop, having served as Scoutmaster and merit badge counselor.
