Areas of Expertise
Profile
After joining JurisLaw in 2022, Christian has gained a wide variety of experiences from drafting purchase agreements for the sale of small businesses, to arbitrating large business disputes, to advocating for constitutional rights. Christian relishes a challenge and enjoys unravelling complex questions of law and fact to get to the truth.
Despite the broad experience Christian has gained, there is one area that has particular significance to him: mold induced injury. Alongside his colleagues Adam Heder and Dan Nichols, Christian has helped many people who are suffering catastrophic illness from exposure to toxic mold in water damaged buildings. Many of these clients have spent years looking for someone who even believes that mold is making them sick and have been turned away by doctors, lawyers, and other providers who just aren’t familiar with the illness. Christian knows this story all too well, because more than a decade ago, that was him. He became incredibly ill in a moldy house as a teenager and was diagnosed with CIRS by a doctor specializing in mold related illness. He intimately familiar with the struggles people suffering from mold go through and is uniquely positioned to advocate for their interests. Christian knows that mold illness is often life changing and enjoys getting his clients positive outcomes that will assist them as they navigate those changes.
Notable Cases

Work he performed on the case included taking depositions of expert witnesses, drafting and editing motions and briefing, detailed analysis of expert testimony, trial preparations, and work on the trial itself.
